I’ve helped dozens of heart-centered founders—just like you—to launch, plan, and produce award-winning podcasts. And if there’s one thing I believe in more than anything? It’s that your voice deserves to be amplified and your story was meant to be shared.
A few years ago, I was living in Pittsburgh, freshly married and figuring out what was next for me and my family. I was working at a marketing agency as a virtual assistant, and to be totally honest? I wasn’t loving it.
I learn quickly and pick up…well…just about anything on the fly, and I was finding that I was getting kinda (okay really) bored. That’s when one of our podcast editors went out on maternity leave. I decided to raise my hand and try something new…just to see.
From there, I was pretty much off to the races and *obsessed* with all things podcasting. And since I was already spending an abnormally high number of hours listening to podcast episodes each week, what if I could help people edit and manage their podcasts, too?
Heart Centered Podcasting was born shortly after. And now? We support our clients during every step of the podcast process—whether that’s launching your show or managing all of the moving pieces that take place behind the scenes.

This issue also hits close to home for me: I am the mother of Black babies and am married to a Black man.
I am still exploring and consciously uncoupling myself from years of unconscious bias and systemic racism, but I wanted you to know exactly where I stand.
Heart Centered Podcasting is ruthlessly committed to embodying the values of an anti-racist business—where we don’t just talk in our best podcast voice, but we walk the walk, too.
I also know that amplifying diverse voices is critical for equal representation in the podcast space (and in business, as a whole). And this work is my way of creating the change I wish to see in the world.
